Covid-19 Protocols
During the current pandemic we have some policy updates. 
Update: May 2020 we are open for visitors and are recommending social distancing 6 feet apart while in our shop. Please help yourself to our complimentary hand sanitizer and wearing a mask, which is optional, but recommended by the CDC. Our checkout area and door handles, along with any frequently used hard surfaces, will be properly cleaned throughout each day. We don’t know each other’s situations so we ask that everyone please respect each other during your visits. 

We are using hand sanitizer and masks during our trips to the post office. We are also trying to avoid any long lines by leaving and going back if there is a wait. It is recommended that after receiving or handling any mail/packages you dispose of the packaging or set outside then thoroughly wash your hands for a minimum of 20 seconds with soap and water for your safety. In order to protect our business we are still following our return policy but have extended the 10 day online return time frame to 30 days considering the circumstances. Please see our exchange policy for further instruction. Loyalty Stamp Cards are something we love offering for in store purchases to reward our local shoppers. Due to the high costs of shipping, packaging and processing orders we are unable to accept any paper coupons, paper store credits or loyalty card redemptions for online ordering.

Please stay in touch with us through social media we are typically going LIVE on Facebook once per week as well as a minimum of two inspirational posts per day. Eco Friendly Choices

In honor of being green, we use earth-friendly bags for environmentally conscious shoppers. Our paper shopping bags are 100% recycled and made from 95% post-consumer content. Our mineral makeup line, Jane Iredale, also offers a refillable pressed powder compact to reduce waste.

Special Discounts

We appreciate your service to our country and are proud to honor all military service members with a 10% discount. Military ID must be presented to receive discount. This includes all branches, active duty and veterans.

Birthdays are special, as a thank you for being a loyal shopper we are happy to give a 10% discount on the day of your birthday. This discount applies to everyone! Photo ID must be presented to receive discount.

We offer Loyalty Cards which save 10% to all of our shoppers. Every $30 spent, you will receive a punch on your loyalty card. After spending $300 you receive a $30 store credit toward your next purchase. Loyalty Cards are valid for in store purchases only and will not be honored for online purchases.

In Store Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase we would be happy to help resolve the issue.

Items are eligible for return or exchange of merchandise if:

  • All items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have the original tags still attached 
  • Skin care and cosmetics are only returnable if unopened and able to put back on the shelf for sale. 
  • Items are received within (30 days) from the original purchase date.
  • All items are free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains.
  • If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective
  • All sale items and items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE. Final Sale purchases or items marked "as is" are not redeemable for any type of store credit, exchange or refund.

All returns are subject to management approval and a valid photo ID and receipt from the purchase must be shown.

Our return policy is for store credit only.

Online Return Policy

Once your item(s) have been delivered you have 3 business days to notify Two Sisters Boutique of any defective or missing items. If you would like to return an item you must do so within 10 business days after the delivered date.

With your return, you must contact us immediately through email, phone or Facebook Messenger.

 The items must be: 

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Tags Attached
  • Returned in Original Packaging

The customer is required to pay return shipping costs. It's strongly encouraged to get a tracking number when you send your package back to ensure proper delivery. Two Sisters Boutique is not responsible for lost items in the mail!

Once Two Sisters Boutique receives your return please allow 5 business days to process your return. If your item is correctly returned (unworn, unwashed, & tagged) you will be issued a gift card in the amount you paid, less $3 for a re-stocking fee per item. Your gift card will be sent electronically to the email address provided from your original order. The customer also has the ability to return an item in-store to avoid paying shipping fees. However, you will still be charged a $3 restocking fee. This restocking fee will come out of your returned amount via emailed gift card.

If you are simply exchanging your item for a different size you will not be charged a restocking fee! 

If your item is returned incorrectly you will be notified and have 10 business days to come into the store and get your item back. We will not ship it back to you! After that time allotment your item will then be donated to local charities.

All non-returnable items will marked "This item is not eligible for return" on the product when viewing. No exceptions!

We will steam each piece and inspect them for any flaws or defects before packing them up ourselves. To reduce the want or need for return of items purchased online we will offer a detailed description of each item along with multiple photographs taken by our very own staff. You also have the option to come in and try items on before making your purchase.

All online orders of $100 or more qualify for Free Shipping if your subtotal is less than $100 an $8 shipping & packaging charge will apply. If you are located in 54868 please opt for In Store Pick Up if your in the 54868 area. 

Shipping charges have continued to rise and this is a necessary method to keep our business going. 

Curbside pick-up available upon request. Please add details to special request box and call when you arrive.

Your items will usually ship from our store using USPS. Standard Shipping will be used however if you need to receive your package quickly you have the option to purchase online and pick up in store during our regular business hours.
